Downstairs; the entrance hall leads onto a front bedroom on the left, the lounge, with an open fireplace on the right, and to the rear, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a utility room, two other bedrooms with en-suites, and a main bathroom. In addition to all this; as the house is built on a sloping property, there is a lower ground floor accessible from the side and back, which contains a separate self-contained 'flat'.
