Enjoy some time in the cosmopolitan nature of Castletownbere, Co. Cork. The house is situated on the Beara Peninsula, overlooking Bantry Bay and the small island of Iceland Bere. Here you have the opportunity to go hiking, fishing and horseback riding, just enjoy the mild Gulf Stream climate with a beach walk and get to know the Emerald Isle and its people. Get to know the rest, you can relax in and around the streams rushing around the house listening. Ring Fort - Cottage was built in 1995 and is approximately 108 square meters. It has a large kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a fitted kitchen with electric stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave and a stove for heating. The living room has a dining area, a seating area for 4 people, and an open fireplace and satellite - TV. There are 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 single) available. The bathroom has a separate shower - and bath. In the utility (rear entrance), a washer and dryer available. Before the house is a small terrace, garden furniture is also for the present (table, 4 chairs and umbrella). It is also possible, with our neighbor Sean O'Sullivan, rent horses. Whether sea or surf fishing, fishing possibilities are endless. sailing, surfing and swimming in the resort or at beach about 30 min away Ballydonegan are possible. For lovers of golf in the resort is a 9 hole course available. In Kenmare, 50 km away is an 18 hole course, just as in Bantry. The 140 km-long ring of Beara. The Subtropical Gardens in Glengarriff. The Ring of Kerry, Killarney, Gougane Barra, Bantry House and Dursey Iceland. The capital of the county of Cork is located about two hours drive away from Castletownbere.
