In the event that the supervisor is unable to check the apartment at the clients departure the security deposit will be forwarded within 7 days. Rules PETS Pets shall not be permitted within Carleton Village with the exception of guide dogs. DISTURBANCE Noise levels at all times especially after dark to be kept to a reasonable level as a matter of courtesy and avoid disturbance to others. Rental of the property may be terminated with no refund at the discretion of the management if occupier behaves in a disruptive manner, causes damage to the property, causes a disturbance or any other circumstances unacceptable to the management. MAXIUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS The total number of people stated on the booking form must not be exceeded, excess of this number may result in loss of reservation. REFUSAL OF BOOKING Management reserve the right to refuse a booking or cancel a booking for any reason and at any stage of such booking and to terminate the rental for any breach of the above detailed terms and conditions. COMPLAINTS In the unlikely event of a complaint, this must be made to the supervisor immediately and if not rectified details must be forwarded to the company within 7 days.
