THIS IS A GREAT DEAL ON THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME!!!!! A REAL GEM WITH OUTSTANDING CURB APPEAL! THIS HOME CAN EASILY BE A 4 BEDROOM HOME (has a 4th bedroom, just no closet so perfect for a guest room). You will be so impressed at how immaculate and well cared for this it is. If you are looking for something that says "perfect" then you need to put this one at the top of your list! The 12' ceilings in the foyer, dining room, living room, and family room as well as the open arches are impressive and add so much charm. The 9' windows on the front let in the light while giving added character and distinction to the home. The owners have added beautiful wide-plank hardwood floors, new stainless appliances & built-ins on both sides of the fireplace. They have also painted the entire outside of the home as well as the inside and added gutters around the house. The master bath has been completely re-done and is exceptional with gorgeous counter tops and a walk-in shower with tile surround. The kitchen is beautiful with Corian counters and is open to the living room so the cook can enjoy family and friends. The formal dining works great for an office set-up if that is a preference, and the split plan offers plenty of privacy.
