Payment Policy All rates are in Euros. - Prices are for the property per week in euros. Price from €650 per week. - Changeover day : Saturday is preferred changeover day but could be flexible depending on bookings, arrival time of 4pm, departure time of 10am. Flexible off season. - Booking notes : 25% deposits must be paid to secure booking. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival date. Breakage/cleaning deposit charge of €200 payable on arrival refunded on departure once house has been checked and is in order. Heating and electricity are extra charged as per meter.
